UNPACK is not responsible for stolen packages. If you do not receive your shipment, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.
UNPACK is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at the time of purchase. Please double-check that all contact information has been entered accurately before completing the transaction.

If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to and from the delivery address and restocking fees. Please purchase with caution.

We respect your privacy! Packaging contents and our website are not disclosed on the box. All of our packages come in either a regular brown box or UPS, FedEx or USPS standard issued packaging. We occasionally use opaque padded envelopes, but never any fragile or discernible envelopes. The return address is nondescript. Additionally, the catalog will not be mailed to your home.

98% of the time orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the business week (in-stock items only). If your order will be fulfilled by 10am CST, it will be processed and shipped the same business day. Please remember that weekends and holidays are not considered working days by sensousoutlet or our shipping partners. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the next business day. Your order may come in multiple packages. You will be notified via email of multiple shipments and you will be provided with all available tracking numbers.

Please note that the shipping option you select is effective the day the item ships, not the day you order. For example, if you order an item on a Friday or Saturday, the next working day (usually, except for Monday holidays) will be Monday.

We are not responsible for delivery errors, especially if your address is incorrect or not 100% complete.

As with all international shipments, once the shipment reaches the destination country and the package is received by customs, the customs agent makes all final delivery arrangements. After tracking the package on My Order and stating that the package is in customs, customers can contact their local customs agent for final delivery information and arrangements.

NOTE: Some countries we have found to be at risk of customs seizures and issues with imports are India, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Kuwait, and South Korea. We make every effort to meet our customersneeds, but we have no control over deliveries to these countries.

All items available in our warehouse are placed upon payment and shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Of course, we always strive to keep all products in stock for you. Shortages may occur, in which case we will contact you via email.

In rare cases, shipping delays may occur. In this case we will file a claim on your behalf for a refund of the late delivery amount and we will refund the money to you while the carrier processes the claim.
However, we are not responsible for the carrier’s service commitments.

Shipping times are estimated by carrier and not guaranteed* (typically 5-10 business days).

Weekends and holidays are not considered working days.

Shipping time is Monday to Friday.

All shipments will be assigned a tracking number. Once a tracking number is assigned, please wait up to 24 hours for tracking information to be available.
