What is not covered by the money back guarantee?

-TPE Solid Doll Skin – Very minor skin imperfections and minor changes in skin surface caused by the manufacturing process (such as injection sites and mold seam lines) are not considered defects and are not covered by our money back guarantee. We like to think of these as “birthmarks” that make your doll unique.

  • Finger and Toe Nails – Nails on the doll may occasionally come loose during shipping. If they become loose, simply remove them and reapply nail glue as instructed in our cleaning and care guide.
  • Eyelashes – The protective eye mask on the doll’s face may cause the eyelashes to fall off, if this problem occurs, you can use our eyelash and nail glue to reapply, if you have any operation problems, please feel free to contact us.
    -Makeup Differences – Each doll is handmade and includes semi-permanent makeup. Therefore, each doll is slightly unique, so there will be slight differences. We will provide you with photos of your doll before shipping and if you are not satisfied with the makeup in any way, we will re-edit it for you. In addition, you can remove the makeup after receiving the doll and make it as you like.
  • Used Dolls – Used dolls are not eligible, but we are willing to resolve the issue and help in any way we can.
  • User Damage – When a doll is damaged, we inspect the doll and use all information provided to assess the source of the damage. We do not cover any suspicious and user-induced damages. Therefore, please be careful when using the doll.
  • Custom Dolls – Orders with customization options added will not be canceled/refunded. Make sure the shipping information you provide is correct. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a non-refundable 20% handling fee.
    Return Policy and Limited Warranty against Defects For hygiene/hygiene purposes, all sales are final. Due to the private nature of the products we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products. Any item designed to come into contact with any body part or liquid is non-returnable and not for resale. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. This is also the law. Once these items leave our warehouse they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.
    This includes but is not limited to:
    ·Vibrators and dildos
    ·Anal toys, beads and plugs
    ·Cock and ball devices, cock rings and cock sleeves
    ·Lubricating oil, massage oil, condoms
    When you receive the package, please check the items promptly to make sure they are working properly. While we strive to provide quality products, defects may occasionally occur. We will only replace battery powered items that have a mechanical defect (or any shipping errors we have made). There are no returns on any “used” products. Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an exchange. You must contact us at unpack736@gmail.com to let us know about the issue. When sending information about a defect via email, please have the following information ready, your order number and your name and the nature of the defect. Please return the item within 15 days of receipt in the original packaging to the address we will provide you. Returns will not be accepted without original packaging, so please retain all packaging within the 15 day return period. Any items returned must contain all original parts and packaging, batteries (if applicable), power cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions, etc. If you have any further questions or issues, please contact us.

We have hundreds of products on our website. Some products have measurements and some do not. Due to sizing reasons, we will not issue refunds for products that are not sized. Before placing your order, please ensure that the product you order meets all your requirements, including size.
In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable)
Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.
Refund/Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved, your replacement will be shipped/refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, a 25% restocking fee will be charged if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund goes through.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
